DOUBLE YOUR BUSINESS ON 40 HOURS A WEEK, NOT 76.

Talk to Hannah

You already know how to grow it. What you do not know is how to grow it without it taking every hour, every weekend, and everyone you built it for. That is the part I rebuild.

For established women running a business doing £500k or more, whose name is on it, and who cannot put any of it down.

You built a business most people never will.

It is quietly costing you everything it was supposed to buy.

Everything is on gas. The business got big, so everything around it got big too. The decisions, the people who want a piece of you, the noise. It is not that one thing is too much. It is that all of it runs hot at once, and you are the one holding it together.

You are pulled in every direction. The founder, the mother, the partner, the face of the whole thing. Each one wants all of you, and it does not break inside any one of those roles. It breaks in the gaps between them, where there is nothing left over to rest.

And you cannot put it down. Not the business, not the worry, not at two in the morning. It has fused with who you are, so switching off from it feels like switching off part of yourself. You look like you've got it all sorted, so the cost stays invisible, even to the people closest to you, and you carry it on your own.

You have solved the business problem three times over, and you are still the thing that breaks first

You have hired the people. Brought in the consultant. Bought the system. Read the book. Each one took the weight off for about a week, and then it all came back to you.

That is not bad luck and it is not bad hiring. None of them touched the thing that is actually heavy. Every one of those fixes assumes the load is fixed and you just need to carry it better, so they hand you more capacity, more systems, more support, but the whole thing still runs through one person. You.

That is why more resilience never fixes it. Resilience is asking the single point of failure to take more weight. The problem was never that you are not strong enough. It is that the whole thing depends on you being strong, permanently, without an off week.

This is not therapy, and you do not need fixing.

Your business needs re-engineering, and so does the way you carry it.

You are not broken and you do not need treating. You are a highly capable woman running a business that has outgrown the way it is being held. That is a structural problem, not a personal one.

  • This is a sovereign rebuild of how the whole thing runs, so growing it stops costing you the parts of your life you built it for.

The Sovereign Rebuild

Three things I change so the business stops running on you.

Everyone else either grows your business or helps you cope with the stress of it. I go into the whole load, the business, the team, the life around it, and we rebuild how it is carried. Three stages, in this order, because each one has to hold before the next will work.

1. Identity

Underneath the founder, the mother, the public figure, there is you, and somewhere along the way who you are fused with what you built. When the business wobbles, you wobble. We draw the line back, so it can have a bad month without taking you down with it.

2. Resilience, reframed

The whole thing currently runs on your willpower, and your willpower is the one part with no backup. We take the weight off you having to be strong, so the business stops depending on you never having an off week/week off?

3. Structure

Right now you are holding the business, the team, the diary and the commitments together in your own head, by force, because that is how it grew. We rebuild how it actually runs, so it holds without you carrying every piece.

Fix all three and the business grows and stops taking another piece of you to do it. Not because you got tougher. Because you are no longer the only thing holding it up.

Take a week off. Watch the business hold without you.

You can step away and it holds.

A week off, a proper holiday, a day without checking your phone every hour, and the business is genuinely fine. Not fine in theory.

You can hand things over and mean it.

You give a piece of it to someone else and you do not quietly take it back at eleven at night.

You are back in the other rooms of your life.

There is enough of you left for the kids, the partner, the friends and yourself, because you are not spending every ounce of it holding the business up.

You own it, and it does not own you.

It grows as big as your ambition wants it to, and it costs you none of the things you built it for.

If your name is on a business doing £500k or more, and growth now costs you more than it returns, this was built for you.

This is for you if:

  • You own the business, your name is materially tied to it, and every bit of growth lands on you personally.
  • You are established, not hoping. Real revenue, real clients, a team or the pressing need for one.
  • You are more visionary than corporate. More ideas than hours, and a life that runs as hot as the business.

This is not for you if:

  • You are still building to your first significant revenue. That is a different problem, and I am not the right person for it.
  • You want someone to grow the business and do not mind what it costs you personally.
  • You are looking for therapy, or for somebody to tell you it is all going to be fine.

Talk to Hannah

One rebuild, ninety days, and you graduate each stage before you pay for the next.

The Sovereign Rebuild runs over ninety days, through the three stages above. There are two ways through it, and you do not have to pick.

The Room

The Room

The Room

A small group of women at your level, going through the same three stages at the same time, so you are not doing it on your own. Deliberately small.

Private

The Room

The Room

The same three stages, one to one, for when you need the privacy, the pace, or the depth a room cannot give.

You come in, we talk, and I tell you honestly which one fits what you are actually carrying. You pay as you clear each stage: half to begin and hold your place, then the rest as you finish each stage and can see for yourself that it worked. As long as you show up and do the work, I stay in it until the rebuild is done. Not a refund. I do not stop until it is real.

I work at your level, so I am not daunted by the size of what you are carrying.

Most people in this world quietly avoid women like you. Big business, big energy, big life, and they do not quite know how to hold it. I have spent two decades coaching and advising people at the top of what they do, and building the strategy underneath the things they were trying to hold together.

I ran the foundation of one of the most recognised artists in the world. I have built strategy for household names, worked with film directors, worldwide governments, and leading global corporations.  Along the way I have been the woman holding too much herself, which is why I recognise it in you faster than someone who has only read about it.

Hannah has been an incredible support to me, helping me turn ideas into action and giving me the clarity and confidence to take my business forward.

What makes Hannah different is that she sees the whole person, not just the business. Her unique blend of business and life coaching has helped me think bigger, make better decisions and create a business that works alongside my life — not at the expense of it.

I’d highly recommend Hannah to any female entrepreneur who wants to grow a successful business while still having a balanced, fulfilling life.

Before working with Hannah, I was basically running on caffeine, adrenaline and instant noodles. I was 100% work, 0% me. Before working with Hannah, I was basically running on caffeine, adrenaline and instant noodles. I was 100% work, 0% me. Between leading a business and trying to be present for my family, I was pretty exhausted, I was out of shape and my social life just didn’t exist. I wanted to grow the business, but I genuinely couldn't see how without driving myself straight into burnout.

Working with Hannah really shifted things for me. She has this brilliant knack of cutting through the noise, challenging the stories you tell yourself, and helping you redesign things in a way that actually works. No fluffy nonsense. No impossible routines. Just smart, practical tools that create massive changes.

These days, I still lead, still build, still dream big, but I'm doing it on my terms. I'm there for my family more than ever. I am way more relaxed about my business and I have energy again. And, perhaps most importantly, I've remembered that life isn't supposed to be one long to-do list. I actually have fun - I even bought a nightclub to prove it!

If you're thinking about working with Hannah, stop thinking and do it. She's one of those rare people who quietly changes the trajectory of your life and trust me, that's an investment with extraordinary returns.

Every quarter you carry it the old way is the most expensive one you will run.

It gets heavier as the business gets bigger. Every quarter it stays as it is, is a quarter of growth added to the same pair of hands, and the cost keeps landing on you.

You do not need to shrink the business or become someone you are not. You need the thing to stop depending on you holding it all together by force.

ON THE CALL WE WILL LOOK AT:

  • Where the business is genuinely dependent on you, and what that is costing in practice.
  • Which of the three stages is your actual constraint right now.
  • What ninety days would need to look like for you specifically.
  • Whether the Room or Private is the right fit, and whether this is right for you at all.

We will have a short, honest conversation. If it's not a fit, I will tell you.
